As we expand our presence in Madison, Wisconsin, we're seeking an experienced architect to play a pivotal role not just in designing innovative spaces but in helping lead and shape the future of our new office.

As a seasoned architect at our Madison location, you'll lead marketing efforts for the regional healthcare market. Beyond your design responsibilities, you'll serve as a mentor within the office, helping nurture the team's growth and the office itself. This dual focus on client relationships and office development offers a unique opportunity to influence both our projects and our practice at a fundamental level.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Regional healthcare market leader for the development and maintenance of client relationships in Wisconsin and surrounding areas.

  • Collaboration with žžÊÓƵ’s Healthcare studio and other studio leaders

  • Collaboration with multiple disciplines, clients and the public 

  • Essential involvement in helping to recruit and build the Madison and healthcare teams 

  • Serve as mentor and resource for internal team members

  • Produce presentations that communicate our design knowledge, inspire our clients and effectively communicate design solutions

Requirements

  • Possess strong leadership, written and verbal skills to instill confidence and trust in our clients and staff

  • Serve as a resource for our Madison office, helping to grow žžÊÓƵ's brand and market share

  • Critical thinking collaborator with excellent soft skills, relationship and executing strengths

  • Sound design communication and presentation skills

  • Demonstrated history of building long-term relationships with team members and clients

  • Able to develop successful strategies for helping to complete work on time and budget

Education & Experience

  • 15+ years of professional work experience with 5 plus years of healthcare-specific focus

  • Licensed Wisconsin architect or the ability to acquire certification and licensure required

  • Knowledge in Healthcare specific code requirements and FGI guidelines

  • ¶Ù±ð³¾´Ç²Ô²õ³Ù°ù²¹³Ù±ð»å&²Ô²ú²õ±è;±ô±ð²¹»å±ð°ù²õ³ó¾±±èÌý±ð³æ±è±ð°ù¾±±ð²Ô³¦±ð

  • Past project management experience in planning and developing projects from the conceptual design phase through construction documentation
